Asif Aziz

Asif Aziz (Muslim 500 2021) has become one of London’s leading property entrepreneurs and has developed a deep understanding of the London retail real estate market.  His involvement in different sectors of property has allowed him to share his creativity with those who both live in the capital and visit it.

Asif created Criterion Hospitality in 2018 as the hospitality division of the business began to rapidly grow. His idea to ensure that the basics are always done exceptionally has been reflected throughout every Criterion Hospitality property and with a passion for the UK’s capital, you can be sure to see more properties under the Criterion Hospitality umbrella joining the family very soon. Both in the hotel and private residential space.

The portfolio under management today includes some of London’s most iconic buildings in the West End area including the London Trocadero, Pavilion and Criterion Building.
